Hey all. I know I haven't posted on here for a long time. I have had some health isues. On May 20 I was admited to the hospital do to kidney failure. I was very dehydrated and very anemic with very low blood count. That same day they started me on dialysis and I have been on it ever since 3 times a week. They determined that my kidney reaction was caused by a cold medicine and my kidneys have a chance of recovery. I have kept very positive throughout this whole thing and I know things will be just fine. I'm currently not workin do to all of this but my job will be there for me when I'm able to go back. This has been an experience for me that's for sure!
So yeah that's what's going on with me. I am home now and doing well.

Wow Troy, I sure hope your kidneys recover fully. I've never known anyone who wasn't diabetic to have such severe kidney problems.
On another note, I sure hope your job is really still there for you when you are ready to go back. I was told mine would be there for me too, but when my doctor finally released me to go back to work, they said they didn't need me. Unfortunately it was true. Business had gone down so dramatically I had a feeling they wouldn't really want me to come back, and I was right. So hopefully you'll have better luck.
Yes I did ask someone if you were still there. I'm sorry to hear and yes sounds lik the vision center is not doing as well as they were.

wow, how can a cold medicine cause kidney failure. this makes me really glad i don't anything for a cold
